Meal Application Forms
We will distribute an application for free and reduced price meals to all students at the beginning of each school year, and they are always available at the school office. Please complete and return the form promptly every year. Only one application per household is required. Please do not submit multiple applications as this will slow down your processing. We accept applications throughout the school year. If your income or household size changes you may submit an updated application.
