George Gervin Prep Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, disability, or national and/or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and/or athletics and other school-administered programs.

Arizona state law requires that all students be completely immunized before attending school. Parents can make arrangements for immunizations through a family physician or the county health department. In the event of an epidemic, we will have to exclude unimmunized students from school. Special forms are available at the school office for exemptions to the immunization requirement. You can find information regarding immunization requirements on the left side of the page.

After careful consideration, George Gervin Prep Academy will be closed to students until further notice beginning March 16, 2020, in order to help contain the spread of COVID-19 in our community. During this time, our school leadership will continue to stay updated on the COVID-19 situation in our county, state, and nation.

We want to assure all families and staff that this decision was made only after thoughtful consideration of the facts and the potential impact on our community. We will continue to communicate and provide updates regarding alternative and digital learning for students and timeframe of reopening the school.

Again, GGPA students will not return from spring break next week. We will continue to post updates on our web page, our telephone Smart Call system, Facebook, and Class Dojo.

Thank you for your patience.
